Once I've met my Bride at the Trial and she's happy with her hair, we sit down and we go through the Wedding morning. I start by sending her all of the photos via WhatsApp so that she has a copy and I have a copy of all of her hair styles. I then go over all of these pointers making sure everything is written down and sent to her via WhatsApp. You can of course do this via email I just find that once we've met WhatsApp is much more friendly and informal way of chatting.
