You’ve done all the planning, now it’s time to set the stage for a smooth, stress-free (and beautiful!) morning.
Here’s my top tips for the night before:
✨Wash your hair (treat yourself to a professional blowout maybe?)
No added oils or leave in hair creams.

(If your hair is curly a couple of days before is often better!)
✨Avoid new products or last-minute skin treatments.
No breakouts or reactions allowed—stick to what your skin knows and loves or that your makeup artist has advised.
✨Lay out your button down pjs or wide-neck vest tops for the morning so your hair and makeup don’t get ruined when you change into your dress!
✨Take a nice long bath with your favourite regular products.
✨Set up a calm, tidy space for your glam team.
Natural light, chairs, a table for tools.
Bonus: let them know where they’ll be stationed ahead of time.
✨Charge your phone (and portable speaker).
You’ll want music, pics, and contact with your suppliers. Plus, good music sets a fun tone in the room!
✨Drink water + eat something nourishing.
A well-fed, hydrated bride is a glowing bride.
✨Lay out your accessories, veil & inspo photos.
Makes it super easy for your stylist and photographer in the morning.
✨Create a calm vibe for sleep:
Use earplugs, lavender (pillow) spray, or white noise if needed. Tomorrow is big—give your brain a break.
✨Go to bed earlier than you think you need to.
Try watching or listening to something calming that takes your mind off tomorrow.
Trust your team. Enjoy the moment. You’ve got this.
✨Send this to a bride-to-be who needs this list✨
